Flex S.W.A.G. is a feel-good fusion of dance and stretching techniques designed to help you flex from the inside out. Rooted in the belief that true flexibility starts within, Flex S.W.A.G. supports physical, mental, and emotional resilience - because sometimes life will literally or figuratively knock you down, and we all need healthy, self-supporting practices to help us bounce back with strength and grace. Just bring your mat, some water, and a growth mindset - let’s move, stretch, and feel good from the inside out!
