Jessie Feliz Afterschool Program Registration

PROGRAM PRICING INFORMATION​​

  • Weekly Rate: $62-$124 per week/per child (DHS Benefits or Private Pay)

  • Weekly fee due at the start of each week of programing on Sundays (private pay) or complete MDHHS 4025 Form and submit online at Mi Bridges.

  • $62 Annual Registration Fee

  • Parents who select the Private Pay Option will receive a separate invoice to pay the registration fee + the first weekly program fee.

  • Program materials and supplies + PM snacks provided daily​​
